The customer asked the mediator to pause the MIAM whilst he smoked some more drugs. As the matter was on parenting, clearly the mediator can not consider this issue ideal for mediation. The mediator felt it was much better handled by the court that have more powers to demand medications tests and also check out the effects bordering the safety of the kids.
