The client asked the mediator to stop the MIAM whilst he smoked some even more drugs. As the issue was on parenting, plainly the mediator could not deem this issue appropriate for mediation. The mediator felt it was better managed by the court who have extra powers to demand medications examinations and take a look at the effects bordering the safety of the children.
